Shipping & Returns policy

At Pack Mentality, we are committed to providing collectors with authentic, high-quality Pokémon cards. Due to the nature of the trading card hobby and the increasing number of return-related scams, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Why No Returns?

The trading card market is highly susceptible to:

  • Card swapping scams (returning a different or damaged card)

  • Tampering with packaging

  • Buyer's remorse after market value changes

To protect the integrity of our business and ensure fairness to all collectors, we have adopted a strict no-returns policy.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Accurate listings with high-resolution images and detailed descriptions

  • Secure packaging to protect your cards during transit

  • Responsive customer support for any issues related to shipping damage or order discrepancies (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

Exceptions

We will only consider a resolution (not a return) in the following rare cases:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., different card than listed)

  • The item was damaged in transit (photo evidence required within 24 hours of delivery)

In such cases, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Customers purchasing goods from Pack Mentality's online platform are entitled to a 14 day cancellation period starting from the day they receive the order. This is in accordance with the customer contracts Regulations 2013.

However once the item has been dispatched, Pack Mentality is unable to cancel the order. This is due to operational constraints and the finality of the shipping process.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order before dispatch they must:

  • Submit a cancellation request via the contact us page.

  • Clearly outline the reason for cancellation.

Pack Mentality will confirm whether the item has already been shipped and advise next steps.

If the item has already been shipped customers can still exercise their right to cancel under the 14 day cooling off period, to do so they must:

  • Notify Pack Mentality within 14 days of receiving the item

  • Return the item within another 14 days

  • ​

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
